President and Founder

John Luchansky has served as President of CEW, Inc operator of 

HealthInsuranceMarketplaceUSA.com since its inception in January 2012. His goal is to make the site the most informative, user friendly and comprehensive marketplace for Americans to compare and purchase the best, affordable health coverage to meet their needs.

Prior to forming HealthInsuranceMarketplaceUSA, Mr. Luchansky served in an executive role with United HealthCare of Florida and Physician Corporation of America. Previously, he spent time in the information technology industry with IBM and Gartner, and consulted with a leading online career technology organization. Mr. Luchansky brings 25 years of combined experience in the technology and health insurance industries to HealthInsuranceMarketplaceUSA. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Texas-Arlington.

Denis Radefeld

Executive Consultant

Denis Radefeld has served as an Executive Consultant since the company's founding in January 2012. Prior to joining HealthInsuranceMarketplaceUSA, Mr. Radefeld served as CEO of the Scott & White Health Plan of central Texas which served 200,000 plus members in Texas. It is part of Scott & White, a large multi-specialty practice and hospital in central Texas. He is a former member of the Texas Health Insurance Board, and holds a Master of Health Care Administration from the George Washington University.
