Has your organization considered an Individual Coverage Health

Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA)?

You may be a good fit if you:

a) want to attract and retain quality employees

b) find group health insurance financially out of reach

A health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) is an IRS-approved, employer-funded health benefit used to reimburse employees for out of pocket medical expenses and personal coverage health insurance premiums. Eligible expenses for reimbursement include premiums, physician visits, dental and vision expenses, and prescription drugs that can be reimbursed tax-free.

Working with the national leader in HRA administration, our Partner PeopleKeep and HealthInsuranceMarketplaceUSA can help you implement in your company.

Does my company qualify for group health insurance?

Your company will likely qualify for a group plan if it meets the following requirements:

• Your company consists of at least 2 full time owners, officers, partners, or employees, as verified by filed state quarterly wage and tax statements or federal tax returns.

• Your company is a legitimate business entity which can be proven by one of the following:

   a) business license

   b) articles of

       incorporation

   c) articles of

       organization

• Your company meets the minimum employer contribution percentage and/or participation requirement set by the insurance company. This will vary by insurance company and by state.

How can I find out how much my final rates will be?

It all starts with sending us the completed census. The insurance companies will determine the final rates for your group once your application is reviewed. The rates will be set using criteria such as the size and location of your group, and the ages of the employees. The Affordable Care Act dictates that the health status of your employees, including pre-existing health conditions can no longer affect the rates. Your rates will be the same if you purchase through the insurance company or through HealthInsurance

MarketplaceUSA.
